St. Patrick's Day used to be so simple. I get my shamrock shake, dress up in green, and wait another year to repeat. My brother figured out that food could be included and the rest is history. We use a crock-pot aka one of man's greatest inventions. The magic takes place over the course of almost 24 hours.
